1. Any amendments in your booking will result in a change to the cost / pricing at the time of amendment.
2. 100% cancellation charges shall be applied by the hotel.
3. If the government introduces a new fee then that will apply at the time of booking/check in. 
4. Any amendments of transfers should be notified 48hrs prior to departure. 
5. Any special request such as Smoking, Non Smoking, Early Check-in, Late Check-out is strictly subject to availability at the time of check in at the hotel.
6. If you suffer from any allergies please share prior information. Hotels will be informed accordingly but we request you to do the same. 
7. Government imposed Tourism Development Levy has applied an additional charge of USD1.5 per person which is directly paid at the hotel. 
8. Government imposed Infrastructure Tax for Zanzibar has applied an additional charge of USD1 per person which is directly paid at the hotel. 
9. All Rates are subject to change without prior notice. 
10. Tourio Getaways is responsible for ensuring you have a smooth ride however upon check-in if there is a delay from the hotel’s team or the rooms have not been kept as per standards, A/C is not working or any hiccup that is related to the hotel, we cannot be held responsible. 
11. Please note that we are in a tropical country and you may encounter seasonal bugs.
12. Please provide the below information in advance: 

• The Room type you require. 
• Any special occasion you are celebrating.
• Special Meal Plan eg. Vegan / Lactose intolerance etc.
